Hong Kong Cool: Travel Feature for NEO Magazine

Kong Cool is a feature I produced for NEO Magazine, taking readers on a whistle-stop tour of some of the region's unique attractions.

Hong Kong and Macau offer a unique blend of modern and ancient culture - from towering skyscrapers and vibrant nightlife to serene parks and ancient temples.

You can view some of my other published work here. If you'd like to view more photos of places and spaces, head here.

Hong Kong is a city of contrasts, with huge, soaring skyscrapers just a stone's throw away from relaxing green spaces and ancient, majestic temples. As the sun sets, Hong Kong comes alive with street upon street of glowing neon signs lighting up the bustling night markets.

Just a short boat ride from Hong Kong is Macau - the former Portuguese colony that's now known as the 'Vegas of Asia'. Just like Hong Kong, Macau offers an intriguing blend of ancient and modern culture - from the cobblestone streets of the Historic Centre, where colonial architecture sits beside traditional Chinese temples, to glittering casinos and mega-malls.
